Delivery
We ship from Denmark.
We have a shop in Ølstykke, Denmark. For international customers we are available on the webshop 24/7.
Delivery time is 3-10 days. We strive to ship your order within 24 hours, and delivery time depends on your location and local shipping company.
Delivery is 20€ for orders under 70€. Order above 70€ is offered free shipping.
Packaging
When we receive new items for the shop, we collect many boxes. When they are in good condition we aim to reuse the boxes for orders.
Therefore, you may find that you receive your goods in recycled box. We encourage that you recycle.
Payment
Wifey.dk accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the order is dispatched.
Return
There is a 14-day full right of return on orders purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Items ordered as made-to-order items do not have a full right of return. This applies, for example, to stickers with names and other special design requests.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must bear the costs of the return yourself.
Special orders
If you have a special design, we can help you with stickers for e.g. your envelopes, hangover kits etc.
If you order a product on the website that is custom-made (e.g. stickers with names), the payment will be deducted when we start production of the order.
If you order a product outside of the webshop (e.g. via email), we will send a link for payment.
